Bulmershe Park

The Park is situated off Woodlands Avenue on the boundary between Woodley and Earley and is jointly managed by the two Town Councils.  Entrance is usually gained from Pitts Lane.  More of its area is within Woodley, and historically, Woodley Town Council have undertaken routine grasscutting and other maintenance and our Council meeting a proportion of the costs each year.  This arrangement has been in place for a number of years and works well.

Collins Drive 

In July 2023, Earley Town Council took ownership of Redhatch Copse and some of the open spaces on the Collins Drive development.

On transfer, one of our top priorities was to renovate the toddler play area which had fallen into a state of disrepair. After a lot of hard work, we are excited to announce that the new play area is coming very soon! The installation of the new play equipment will begin in mid-June, taking approximately 4 weeks to complete.

Some of grass verges and footpaths within Collins Drive are maintained by Wokingham Borough Council.
