Launch of Get Online @ Home Scheme
Currys, DPA and Computer Recyclers Launch Get Online @ Home Broadband & Discounted Devices Scheme. The scheme will deliver broadband and discounted devices to aid the 11 million in digital poverty, offering special deals on broadband and discounted refurbished devices to the 11 million people across the UK who are experiencing digital exclusion.
The scheme hopes to connect those around the country who are currently digitally excluded, supporting the provision of affordable connectivity and devices.
