Spring into action and jump in the saddle

Cyclists of all ages and abilities are invited to take three simple steps towards enjoying more rides this spring by joining the Love to Ride scheme. And there are three big prizes up for grabs – one for each step that you achieve!

Here’s how it works, once you’ve registered for free at Love to Ride Wokingham:

  1. Set a goal = prize entry number 1 worth £2,000
  2. Go for a bike ride = prize entry number 2 worth £2,000
  3. Achieve your goal = prize entry number 3 worth £2,000

If you’ve got an Apple device, you can also download the Love to Ride app for iOS – an Android version will be following soon.

Wokingham Bikeathon

Wokingham Bikeathon will take place on Sunday 11 June 2023 from 8.15am to 2.00pm. On-line registration will be open on the Bikeathon website from 1 April. There will be a choice of  a 15, 25 or 35 mile route and the Bikeathon committee are looking at adding a longer route of 50 miles this year too.

The Bikeathon is run by volunteers and raises money each year for good causes. The nominated charity for 2023 is the Wokingham Foodbank.
