The Mayor of Earley, Councillor Anne Bassett, was pleased to welcome the new Citizens Advice Wokingham Mobile Advice Unit team to Earley on Friday 19th November. This was the first visit to Sol Joel Park and was followed by a visit on Wednesday 24th November to the carpark in the Asda complex next to the Lower Earley Library.
The ‘Advice on Wheels’ van will be visiting various sites throughout the borough offering expert advice on a wide range of issues and providing residents with a valuable asset on their doorstep without the need to travel into Wokingham or Reading.
Earley Town Council is pleased to have supported the purchase and running costs of the Mobile Advice Unit with a grant in 2021.
